Forever Bare™ is one of the safest and most effective treatments for unwanted hair available. Broad band light is emitted which is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The light energy is converted to heat, which damages the hair follicle within the skin that produce hairs. This damage inhibits future hair growth. Because all hair follicles do not produce a hair at the same time, multiple treatments are necessary to ensure that all follicles have been treated effectively. Maintenance treatments might be needed as well. Forever Bare™ hair removal is most effective for people who have light skin and dark hair, but it can be successfully used on almost all skin types.
